PCOC

PCOC is for self-issued digital objects backed by real cost, not by a gatekeeper. You produce the object; the work that backs it is ordered on a public sequencer (Bitcoin), so anyone can check what you hold without taking the issuer’s word for it.

That matters because most digital credentials only work if someone’s server still says they do. A cost-backed object can be verified from the public record instead. You can produce one, carry it, and later show that the cost was real—without asking permission to exist online.
